Every month, in which a transaction is completed, you'll receive an account statement that includes the date, location, and amount of every transaction you've made.

Apply for yours today

To apply, complete the attached application and mail or deliver it to the address shown on the application. You can expect your CCSB SHAZAMChek debit card to arrive within 14 days of your approval. Your PIN will be sent to you in a separate mailing. Before you know it, you'll be experiencing all the benefits of checkless, ATM checking with one simple card.
