How do I order a debit card?
Sign an application at Clay County State Bank. Once it is approved your card will be ordered and arrive in five to seven days.

What do I do if my debit card is showing a transaction I do not recognize or an error in what I was charged?

No, it is provided to you free so that you have more control over your debit card.
What is the login web address for Card Valet®?
There is no web address to the login page – Card Valet® is a stand-alone mobile app. The app runs on the mobile device, not through a web browser.
Does my debit card have a daily purchase/withdrawal limit?
There is a $500.00 daily purchase limit and a $300.00 daily cash withdrawal limit. These limits reset each night at 12:00 am.
How do I increase my daily purchase/withdrawal limit?

How do I change my PIN or what if I forgot my PIN?
Call 800-992-3808 and follow the prompts to reset your PIN.
