In an effort to speed the processing of your request please submit the following information with the completed mortgage application.

1. Copies of the most recent 2 paystubs
2. Copies of the last 2 years W-2’s
3. Copies of the last 1-month bank statements not held at Clay County State Bank
4. If you receive commission income or self employed income please bring your complete income tax returns, with all attachments for the past two years.
